Coaching Services
Steve Thompson Coaching, LLC provides life, executive, and team coaching services. Coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to help clients identify and achieve personal and professional goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or a substitute for licensed mental health care. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental condition.
Client Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from your coaching engagement. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your commitment, effort, and individual circumstances. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when booking sessions and completing forms.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions are scheduled through our booking platform. We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests with reasonable notice. Specific cancellation and rescheduling policies for paid engagements will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Free sample sessions are subject to availability.
Payment & Fees
Fees for coaching programs are disclosed prior to engagement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are due as agreed in your program agreement. We reserve the right to adjust fees for future programs with appropriate notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Steve Thompson Coaching, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Coaching materials provided to you are for your personal use only.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steve Thompson Coaching, LLC and its coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. You engage in coaching at your own risk and discretion.
